"Community Hearts"

Our Community Hearts Paintings are done in collaboration with the public at events to raise awareness of a specific cause. Pictured here is our Community Hearts painting for Jessica's House in Turlock, CA. The public painted their "hearts" on canvas that was then brought together by Amie and donated towards their cause as a symbol of the community's love and support. Visit Jessica's House to learn more about their loving cause for children facing traumatic loss. Read more about this event and others at our blog The Art to Feed

"Community Hearts" for the Modesto Pregnancy Center

This loving group of women in our community desired to paint their “hearts” on a canvas as a symbol of their love and support for the Modesto Pregnancy Center. Amie then combined these hearts and the painting was donated to Modesto Pregnancy Center, their wonderful staff and the women and families they serve. We pray for continued love and support from our community towards the centers cause. Read more about this at our Blog

"Community Hearts" for Hearts of Harvest

The Community showed their love and support for Hearts of Harvest Foundation at a local farmer's market. Community service workers, elderly, young, special needs groups, and all diversities of our community supported Hearts of Harvest and their mission by painting their “Hearts” on a canvas.

Amie Postma then combined these hearts and donated the painting to Hearts of Harvest's annual fundraising dinner. We are proud that this paitnig was able to raise $1,000 during their live auction! Thank you Hearts of Harvest forserving those in our community with a child facing health crisis. Read more at our Blog

"Community Hearts" and the Parent Resource Center

I was pleased to support their cause at the Art Walk in Turlock, CA this August. The community, both young and old painted their hearts on a canvas as they learned more about the Parent Resource Center and their programs.

The painting was then pulled together and donated as a symbol of community love and support, as well as encouragement that they will reach many more families in need. I pray we can all take small steps and use what little valuable time we have to put others first. I am blessed to be able to have the resources to give, and pray for an improved community. So blessed to be a part of our church community at Escalon Christian Reformed Church. Invited to paint during worship and prayer event for dear friends Natalie Prins and Anne Anthony as they prepared to embark with Bethany Global on a mission to Ethiopia. A smaller painting was taken with them on their long journey. The painting here was donated to our local Bethany Christian Services Branch.
